Kmart Corp. General Merchandise Marketing Pres Warren Flick says that the discount retail chain will make Martha Stewart-brand home textiles the centerpiece of its textile retailing operation. Flick said that the prospects of Martha Stewart developing into a major brand are good as there is no dominant brand in the home textiles market as the market niche is characterized by a preponderance of private brands.
