Mitsubishi's big TVs soon to surf the Net. (large-screen televisions with Internet browsers)

Mitsubishi Consumer Electronics America Inc will launch a line of big-screen televisions that have built-in Internet browsing hardware in summer 1997. The line, called DiamondWeb, will include models with 32-, 36- and 40-in televisions. Mitsubishi has not yet determined the exact number of products the line will include or pricing for those products. The products will be upgradable and connectable to printers and other accessories, according to Mitsubishi's David Broberg.
