K-Tel International and Kent & Spiegel Direct have disclosed a "strategic alliance" to develop, market and promote entertainment products through direct-marketing venues and at retail. K-Tel, which has a long history in the marketing of music compilations via infomercial, will conceive and facilitate licensing and production of audio packages, as well as distribute music and audio products through its existing entertainment retail network.

Kent & Spiegel will bring its expertise in creating direct-response advertising campaigns and mass marketing products worldwide through multiple channels of distribution.
