DANBURY, Conn. -- Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. reported that its Board of Directors has approved the declaration of a $.04 dividend for the second quarter of the fiscal year ended June 30, 1997, payable to all stockholders of record as of April 10, 1997, and to be paid on April 25, 1997.
"As a result of our record sales and earnings in our recent second quarter, we are pleased to be able to declare our fourth consecutive quarterly dividend," commented M. Farooq Kathwari, chairman and chief executive.
