CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Spring Air Mattress and Lynchburg, Va.-based Schewel Furniture Co. have unveiled their latest effort to leverage the growing interest in NASCAR sports -- a co-sponsorship of a late-model stockcar and driver Dana Dorman -- at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Last year Spring Air sponsored NASCAR Dash Series driver Mike Swaim Jr. but this is the first venture into Nascar for Schewels.
"There are a lot of customers who follow racing," noted Jack Schewel, president of Schewel Furniture. "It's great to have our name on this car.".
