WinsLoew Furniture Inc. last week sold its Continental Engineering Group Inc. unit, a maker of ready-to-assemble computer workstations, to Vertiflex Co. Financial terms weren't disclosed. WinsLoew, which said Continental generates about $10 million in yearly revenues, plans to sell the rest of its ready-to-assemble operations, one small business, this year.

Also last week, WinsLoew acquired Villella Inc., which does business as Tropic Craft Aluminum Furniture Mfg. in Ocala, Fla.
