A bold statement, to be sure. But that's the goal of the Electronic Retailing Association, whose members gathered here last week for the organization's annual meeting and exposition.

Formerly the National Infomercial Marketing Association (NIMA), the ERA unveiled a new moniker, mission statement, and strategic plan to meet its objectives.
