CORT Business Services Corp., a leading supplier of furniture to the rent-to-rent segment, has reported that members of its management team have reached a merger agreement with an investor group that includes Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. and members of CORT's management team. Including the assumption of debt, the deal is valued at $453 million.
The transaction is subject to approval by the holders of a majority of the company's voting stock.
