DES PLAINES, Ill.-Starting in April, mattress manufacturers Spring Air Co. and King Koil will no longer exhibit at the International Home Furnishings Market.

The companies join the three other "big S" mattress producers, Sealy, Serta and Simmons, which vacated the market this year or announced they would leave.

"The primary reason is that we think that with the other major players not showing that it is no longer practical for us to show," said Jim Nation, Spring Air president.
