MAN HONORS HUNTER DOUGLAS CEO.

TEANECK, N.J.-Minority Athletes Networking (MAN), a youth-mentoring organization, honored Marvin B. Hopkins, president and chief executive officer of Hunter Douglas Window Fashions, with its 2001 Humanitarian Award at its annual spring gala held at the Marriott Glenpointe Hotel here May 30.
The organization, founded by former New York Giants football players in 1989, also presented Giants running back Tiki Barber and defensive tackle Keith Hamilton with co-awards as 2001 MAN of the Year. All were recognized for their support of the MAN mission of making a difference in the lives of at-risk inner-city youth.
Former Giants players Ron Johnson, George Martin and Harry Carson were co-chairmen of the event.
