ARC INTERNATIONAL, MIKASA CREATE NEW ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE.(Arc International and Mikasa organizational management)

SECAUCUS, N.J.-Tabletop giants Arc International and Mikasa have announced a new organizational structure in North America under the leadership of Jean-Rene Gougelet, the newly appointed chief executive officer of both companies.
Gougelet, a longtime Arc executive, shepherded Mikasa through the transition when it was acquired by Arc in the fall of 2001, and has served as its CEO since the companies merged. His role as CEO of Arc International North America is a new position for the company.
The Arc International/Mikasa organization will be realigned into four business units, with Gougelet overseeing the coordination of the two U.S. entities. Secaucus-based Mikasa will market to department and specialty stores, while Millville, N.J.-based Arc will...
