PHILADELPHIA-It's been four months since the former Angelo Bros. Co. unveiled the 9-foot bronze cube with the trademark circle W logo at its headquarters here and rebaptized the company Westinghouse Lighting Corp.

But that January launch party here and the celebration at the Dallas Lighting Market followed more than a year of internal preparation, and marked the beginning of a total company makeover.

Since the corporate conversion, Westinghouse Lighting has rebranded its 2,000-unit light bulb line, and is in the midst of moving its ceiling fans, decorative hardware and lighting fixtures to the new packaging, merchandising, advertising and marketing materials. By 2004, all 5,000 products will carry the Westinghouse Lighting brand.
