SEARS' HOME FASHIONS GETS ANOTHER MAKEOVER.(appointments, US)(Brief Article)

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill.-Marking the third time the retailer has revamped its home fashions department in a year, Sears named Lyle Heidemann executive vice president of home and off-the-mall stores, adding home fashions to his responsibilities, a Sears official confirmed.
Heidemann, formerly executive vice president of hard lines, will retain those responsibilities and will now be leading all off-mall retail formats except The Great Indoors and Sears Grand, the company's freestanding, full-line prototype that will make its debut in the fall.
Heidemann will continue to report to Alan Lacy, chairman and chief executive officer. Barbara Pizzella, who formerly headed up the entire home business, will retain her title of vice president and general...
