WEST BEND, Wis.-Regal Ware Inc. has agreed to sell its West Bend Retail Housewares Division to Focus Products Group LLC, with the transaction set to close on July 31, both parties confirmed. Terms of the sale between the two privately held companies were not disclosed.

As reported, Regal Ware acquired the assets of West Bend's Direct Sales Cookware, Water Systems and Retail Housewares business units last November.
