Food mavens turned out in droves to help celebrate Barbara Fairchild's 25th anniversary at Bon Appetit magazine, held at Le Bernadin restaurant in New York. Fairchild, seen here with Steven Florio, Conde Nast president and chief executive officer, joined the magazine as an editorial assistant and has been editor in chief since June 2000.
In a brief speech, Florio joked that in the notoriously tumultuous world of magazine publishing, Fairchild's tenure at Bon Appetit must qualify as a Conde Nast record.
