NTGA SPONSORS ONLINE VOLUNTEER AUCTION
The National Tabletop and Giftware Association is sponsoring the National Family Volunteer Day Auction, hosted by eBay. The auction was scheduled to begin Nov. 15 and runs through Dec. 23. National Family Volunteer Day is Nov. 22.
Tabletop and giftware manufacturers are invited to donate items of value to be auctioned online. The money raised will support Family Matters, a national program of the Points of Light Foundation that promotes the value of families volunteering together.
Just about anything can be donated to the foundation for the auction. The 2002 auction featured china and flatware, jewelry, electronics, celebrity-signed memorabilia and more. The deadline for donating auction items is Dec....
