P&G LICENSES APPLICA TO PUT TIDE BRAND ON ULTRASONIC STAIN REMOVER.

MIAMI LAKES, Fla.-Applica Consumer Products is launching the Tide Buzz Ultrasonic Stain Remover by Black & Decker to tackle garment stains before washing.
The product is being launched through an exclusive licensing agreement in the Americas between Applica and Procter & Gamble, representing the first time P&G has licensed the Tide brand for a cleaning product.
Tide Buzz incorporates ultrasonic technology to erase stains prior to washing. A hand-wand creates shockwaves to loosen stains and drive them through the fabric onto the disposable Stain Catcher Pad. The system is safe to use on all types of fabrics and removes stains like tea, coffee, grease, motor oil, blood, ink, grass, wine, butter, gravy, lipstick, makeup, curry and clay.
