Bloomingdale's has named Mark Selig china and gifts buyer for the chain, succeeding Wendy Hare, who was recently named bridal director. Selig reports to Gilbert Cavaliero, vice president. Selig joined Bloomingdale's in 1999 as cookware buyer. He held that position for one year before becoming the silver buyer for four years.
