LI & FUNG BEEFS UP MANAGEMENT IN EFFORT TO GROW HOME.

HONG KONG-Global sourcing powerhouse Li & Fung Ltd. is shoring up its senior ranks to better support its three-year growth plan and expand its home business.
The consumer goods exporter named Bruce Rockowitz president of Li & Fung (Trading) Ltd., the company's principal trading subsidiary, in a newly created position. Rockowitz was most recently executive director of the firm. The company has not announced a successor for Rockowitz.
Li & Fung also named Robert Adams chief operating officer, another new position. Adams joins the company with more than 30 years of experience in finance, trading and management. Adams will also assume the role of chief financial officer, succeeding Frank Leong, who is retiring.
