NEW YORK-The summer gift show season wrapped up here last week on a relative high note with George Little Management's New York International Gift Fair at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
According to some exhibitors, the show was positive, especially after a few disappointing markets earlier in the season. "The show has been great for us," said Jim Gibian, executive director for mglass. "It's been a much better show than we had in Atlanta or Dallas."
"It's been a good show," said Bernie Mandel, national sales manager for Jay Import. "We've been pleased, considering what Atlanta was like."
