JAMESTOWN, N.Y.-Bush Industries, one of the top three producers of ready-to-assemble furniture, has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

In a reorganization plan that became effective Nov. 12, Bush Industries is now privately owned by a group led by DDJ Capital Management LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank. Bush filed for bankruptcy protection on March 31.
