SWAVELLE PARENT MAKES CHANGES FOR THE COMPANY.(Swavelle/Mill Creek Fabrics Inc)(Brief Article)

NEW YORK-Associated Textile Converters Inc., the owner of Swavelle/Mill Creek Fabrics and Piermont Fabrics, said it will change its corporate name to Swavelle/Mill Creek Fabrics Inc., effective Nov. 1.
The company also said Piermont Fabrics, the division supplying ready-made manufacturers, will be merged into the Swavelle/Mill Creek Fabrics Division. Also, the company's Lodovici USA LLC will transfer substantially all of its business to Bravo Fabrics International LLC. Lodovici USA specializes in 118-inch sheers, while Bravo Fabrics supplies silk and silklike polyester products.
The Textile Fabric Associates LLC division, a supplier of high-end decorative upholstery fabrics, will continue in its current structure.
