CHICAGO-Waterford has begun a new marketing direction with the debut of its Studio Gallery at Marshall Field's State Street store here.

The Gallery, an 1,800-square-foot, shop-in-a-shop concept positioned within Waterford's largest retail outlet for single-store sales, signals to consumers that this is the premier place for Waterford-branded product and reinforces the company's commitment to department stores.

"We want to continue to differentiate Marshall Field's from other department stores in the country, and certainly the Waterford Gallery shop is different from any other location," said Eleanor Condon, the Waterford Studio Gallery specialist for Marshall Field's State Street.
