TURKEY EXPANDS PAVILION, U.S. MARKETING CAMPAIGN.(International Home & Housewares Show)(Brief Article)

CHICAGO-In an effort to reach more U.S. housewares buyers, the government of Turkey has expanded both its Pavilion at the International Home & Housewares Show, as well as its marketing campaign in this country.
The goal is to encourage U.S. housewares buyers to consider Turkey as a source for a variety of housewares categories, including tabletop, storage and cookware products.
More than 30 Turkish manufacturers are expected to take part in the Pavilion, held here March 20 to 22.
The marketing theme's message, "Smart Products, Smart Designs, Smart Prices," is geared to play up the good prices Turkey can deliver, according to Murat Akyuz, spokesperson for the Pavilion's sponsor, the Istanbul Mineral and...
