UPHOLSTERY STANDARDS REMAIN IN TESTING PROCESS
Russ Batson, vice president of governmental affairs for the American Home Furnishings Alliance, said the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is committed to issuing a proposed regulation sometime this year, but confirmation by the U.S. Senate could take a while.
