From water hydration products that make it easier to drink water during exercise to food scales that measure calories, carbohydrates and portion size, vendors are branching out and tapping into consumers' desire for a healthy lifestyle. And these retailers are finding new ways to market and merchandise kitchenware wellness products in order to attract consumer attentions.
Pacific Market International has been able to move beyond its core in coffee mugs with its water bottles, playing to the new wellness trend toward "water hydration," said Tami Fujii, vice president of marketing.
