MEYER BUYS BONJOUR, PLANS MANAGEMENT REALIGNMENT.

VALLEJO, Calif.-Meyer Corp. has bolstered its presence in the gourmet specialty trade by acquiring the Bonjour brand from Frank Brady, Bonjour founder and chief executive officer, for an undisclosed sum. Both companies are privately held.
Meyer plans to operate Bonjour as a separate business unit, the Bonjour Division of Meyer Corp. U.S., based here. All of the products currently offered by Bonjour will be sold by this new division, and shipped from Meyer's distribution center.
