CCA GLOBAL RECOGNIZED FOR E-LEARNING.(CCA Global Partners Inc. for electronic learning)(Brief Article)

NEW YORK-CCA Global Partners has been recognized by The e-Learning Guild -- a community of electronic-learning designers, developers and managers -- for the development of an online instruction program.

The program, titled "You Make the Call," is a training course developed by CCA Global University's Tanya Bottas, graphic designer/flash developer, and Bob Bryan, director of organization development. It was designed to help CCA Global's floor covering retailers generate more business from builder companies. The interactive, scenario-based course creates a real-world setting that allows learners to practice researching for prospective builder contacts and to simulate making cold calls to those contacts.
