KMART SHORES UP MANAGEMENT TEAM

Kmart named Donald Germano senior vice president and general manager, and Dene Rogers executive vice president of restructuring and business improvement, a new position.

Germano will oversee the financial performance, operations and management of Kmart's 1,400 stores and report directly to Aylwin Lewis, chief executive officer and president of Sears Holdings, the discounter's parent company.

Germano previously served as vice president of inventory management and replenishment. Rogers previously served as executive vice president of Kmart stores. In his new role, Rogers will report to, and work alongside, William Crowley, executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer.
