Last year's inductees -- Wayne Embry, Howard Flood, Stan Gault, William Patient, John Payiavlas and Farah M. Walters -- have faced personal and corporate challenges to emerge as esteemed leaders in sports management, financial services, manufacturing, polymer sciences, food service and health care, respectively.
We also revisit the achievements of five 2000 posthumous inductees. Three envisioned ways to revolutionize their industries; two grew structures-- and hopes -- through development endeavors. Each changed his community by sharing his wealth. And all started with an idea whose time had come.
We salute these individuals and the past inductees from throughout the region for their leadership, discipline, industriousness, loyalty and philanthropy....
