Glazen hits the mark: this Cleveland studio provides film and video programming to A-list accounts.(Guide to Creativity)

Cleveland-based Sherwin-Williams made its debut this year on Fortune magazine's list of the "100 Best Companies to Work For." Among the reasons the magazine ranked the paint company No. 99 are its great 401(k) matching program and the amount of stock ownership--almost 17 percent--by nonexecutives. Another reason might be an eye-catching video about the company's culture submitted as part of the contest application.

The video features eight and a half minutes of facts about Sherwin-Williams and information on employee-friendly programs. It includes fast-moving images of things painted with Sherwin-Williams' colors, from NFL helmets to military ships, and a diverse group of employees reciting the corporate motto, "Ask Sherwin-Williams."
