Kronos adding functionality to help companies improve employee performance.(Not Just Marking Time)

Kronos, a well-known supplier of systems for tracking how much time workers spend on the job, is expanding its product line-up to include solutions that make strategic use of labor-related data.
Recent product additions include a Kronos-developed application that enables detailed recording of all worker activities, and an enhanced set of employee-scheduling tools acquired from a company called AD OPT.
The first application. Workforce Activities, is part of Kronos' flagship Workforce Central suite.
