Supply chain management vendor TECSYS will acquire Application Solutions Inc. (ASI), a warehouse management systems (WMS) provider. "We are expanding our WMS practice to include the IBM iSeries family, and positioning the company as an early leader in RFID and mobile WMS solutions," says Dave Brereton, co-CEO, TECSYS.
"ASI will continue to grow its WMS solutions for the iSeries product line, while tapping into TECSYS's Web-based applications and service-oriented architecture."
