NetSuite reports top rankings in Cambridge, Mass-based Forrester Research's TechRankings study, Hosted Sales Force Automation (SFA). NetSuite outscored competitors in the sales management category, and in other important functions of SFA, including forecasting, opportunity management, activity management, dashboards, document management, and pricing & products.
