It's that time of year again, the time when OEMs hold business meetings for dealers to discuss the latest programs and show off the newest machines. During a four-week period in May and June, Powersports Business editors attended meetings held by Arctic Cat, Suzuki and Yamaha.
It was interesting, of course, to talk with company officials and dealers about their new offerings, about competitive products, and about trends across the industry.
At its ATV meeting in Cancun, Mexico, Arctic Cat showed dealers its new proprietary engine being built in Thief River Falls, Minn., explained its partnership with retailers Gander Mountain and Bass Pro, and introduced an industry first--a certified used ATV program.
