A Minnesota motorcyclist has been tagged for speeding at 205 mph on a two-year-old Honda. Samuel Armstrong Tilley received a record-setting ticket when a Minnesota State Patrol pilot claimed he clocked Tilley's 2002 Honda RC51 at 205 miles per hour on rural Hwy. 61 near the small rivertown of Wabasha.

Pilot A1 Loney, a 27-year police veteran, said he clocked Tilley covering a quartermile in 4.39 seconds, which equates to 205 mph. Stock RC-51 models have a top speed of about 165 mph. Tilley hasn't returned calls for his version of the incident but is due to appear in court on Oct. 25.
