Rick Case Honda Powerhouse has plans for a new $15 million, seven-story 275,000-square-feet facility Owner Rick Case says the Davie, Fla.-based dealership will be the biggest anywhere.
The new store is more than quadruple the space the current location occupies. Rick Case Honda Powerhouse already sells more motorcycles than any other dealership in Florida, state figures show Last year, it sold about 5,000 on- and off-road vehicles, an increase of 14 percent from 2005 when it sold about 4,400.
Case anticipates cycle sales at the dealership will grow to about 9,000 in 2009, which will most likely be the first full year in its new facility. Sales are projected to top $85 million; the store's 2006 sales were $47 million. So what's Case's secret to such...
