The latest topic to be added to NIH-Senior Health--the health and wellness Web site developed by the National Institute on Aging and the National Library of Medicine-is "Eating Well as You Get Older." Eating a balanced mix of healthy foods may help prevent heart disease, type 2 diabetes, bone loss, cancer, and anemia, according to the NIA.
