* Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc., Cleveland, OH, announced that manufacturing plants at its subsidiaries in France and the Philippines have been certified to the ISO 9001-2000 international quality standards. The consumable division of Lincoln Electric France, located in Grand-Quevilly (Rouen), France, was awarded the new certification.
In addition, its machine division's ISO 9002-1994 certification was renewed. Also, Lincoln Electric Philippines Inc.'s welding consumables manufacturing facility in Novaliches, Quezon City (Manila), is one of the first manufacturing facilities in the Philippines to achieve certification to the ISO 9001-2000 quality standard.
