ADP Claims Solutions Group, a provider of information services for property and casualty claims management, has introduced a claims auditing tool for insurance claims professionals. Claimsflo Passport is designed to identify auto insurance estimates with the highest potential for recovery by comparing them to pre-established criteria.

If irregularities are found, such as improper procedures on safety-related parts or variance from pre-negotiated or commonly accepted guidelines, the system will flag the claim for review.
