Vemark, a provider of vehicle recovery services, has released the third generation of its salvage auction management program. Snaps 3.0 allows simultaneous physical and online bidding on auction inventory.
"Snaps 3.0 lets pools reach more buyers, faster," said Doug Mellette, CEO of Vemark. Users can expand their markets by offering cars locally and nationwide in a single auction, collecting physical, sealed, and online bids. Auctions running the program can receive electronic assignments from insurance carriers, while insurers can assign vehicles, monitor status, and obtain sale performance reports.
