PLC names Kurland VP business development.(Independent Adjusters)

David Kurland has been appointed vice president of business development at Property Loss Consulting, an independent adjusting firm based in Baltimore, Md. Kurland has more than 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, including managing catastrophe operations. Most recently, he served as assistant vice president of home office claim operations for Euler, ACI.

Prior to that, he worked at Zurich, Crum & Foster, Orion Group, and Underwriters Adjusting, where he held various management, consulting, and technical positions.
