Nancy Germond, a second-generation insurance professional, based in Jefferson City, Mo., has opened Insurance Writer, specializing in insurance, risk management, and health- and employment-related technical writing. Germond has more than 20 years of experience in risk management and claim administration. She has worked with insurance agents and companies including Lloyd's syndicates, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations producing advertising copy, newsletters, training presentations, and articles.
