FEMA training catalog in online, print versions.(New Releases)

FEMA has issued its first catalog combining courses for both the National Fire Academy and Emergency Management Institute. The facilities, located at the National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, Md., offer hundreds of free courses, ranging in length from three days to two weeks. The catalog includes two new courses: Command and General Staff Functions in the Incident Command System and Partnering for Fire Defense and Emergency Service Planning.

The 272-page catalog for 2005 may be ordered from FEMA at 800-561-3356, www.usfa.fema.gov/applications/publications, or is available online at www.usfa.fema.gov/downloads/pdf/publications/fa-273.pdf.
