Aug 30, 2006 (The West Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Western Australian (WA) Premier Alan Carpenter's energy policy has been attacked by two Australian Government ministers. He wants large gas producers in WA to reserve a portion for domestic use at a capped price, due to fears the current deal with the North-West Shelf entities for 4.6 trillion cubic feet of gas has already been depleted by over 50%.
