Fight over 'two-board' Telstra.

The Australian Government and Australian telco, Telstra, disagree on the future structure of the company. Federal Communications Minister, Helen Coonan, is considering having separate boards for Telstra's wholesale and retail operations. However, Doug Campbell, MD of Telstra Country Wide and head of the team negotiating with the government, said that the company was strongly opposed to separate boards. This would be structural separation, rather than operational separation.
