Apr 01, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Uncertainty about the US economy failed to stop the Australian stock market rising in the March 2007 quarter. This is partly because apprehension about the US sub-prime mortgage market did not affect other asset classes, especially the corporate bond market.
