Apr 10, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- An Australian consortium of telcos has promised lower prices for a broadband network than its rival. Analysts are sceptical about the Singtel Optus-led G9 group's assurances to the Australian Government that it will offer wholesale access for as little as $A21 a month.
