ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Australasian management team of the US-based Dun & Bradstreet will purchase the Australasian division. Whilst terms of the management buyout remain confidential, AMP Henderson Global Investors will manage the transaction and support a future sharemarket float of the newly-created company, Dun & Bradstreet Australasia. This may occur in 2004. The head of the regional division, Christine Christian, indicated that the new company, which will continue to have access to its parent's business information database and services, will concentrate on the debt recovery business as its means of growth.
