Staff do not trust us, bosses claim.

ABIX via COMTEX) -- A crisis of trust has developed between Australian management and staff, particularly at big corporations, according to a new study. The findings of a joint survey by Monash University and the Australian Institute of Management indicate Australian bosses believe their staff members do not trust them. Almost 2000 managers took part in the Australia-wide survey. The majority of managers said they did not feel trusted, and women executives reported they felt less trusted than others in their companies. Patrick Cullen, the institute's Western Australian executive director, says whether the belief is founded in reality or not, it could have dire results on performance and productivity.
